Folks were very helpful when I called, yet I felt my situation - notably a complete lack of documentation and NO understanding of all the factors and components involved - should have caused you to recognize this very quickly - and do an up-front new customer survey starting with finding out what vehicle is to be towed and what it might require in terms of being able to power the RVI system. I started with a broken RVI3 brake device, which was repaired for $200 plus $150 in shipping expense. Then found out the tablet was 'toast' so bought a new one for ~$125, then was told I had to see my documentation to get a QR code to connect the tablet to the puck. I repeatedly told folks I HAVE NO DOCUMENTION - so I got a QR code only to find out later I needed another QR code to connect the puck to the driver floor device, I again was told to get this code from my documentation and had to repeat again I HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION - so I got another QR code only to find out the driver floor device had no power - because my 2019 Ford F-150 apparently has a cig-plug that is dead electrically after about 50- minutes. So I was told I need to purchase a charging device and another cig plug to connect to the battery. So, I purchased these for another ~$140 or so and by this time was OUT OF TIME so I had to drive 1,300 miles back home with no RVI braking help. I am now working with a technician to get the charger and cig-plug installed......
All of the above steps were necessary yet could have been a LOT less frustrating if only you recognized that a 'brain-dead' (RVI-wise) customer was calling and had done a simple survey of my situation and told me UP FRONT that I'd need to install a charging device, and then how ALL of the rest of the components connect to make a complete working system.......and sent me all the QR codes and related documentation proactively.
