Batteries Don’t Last

While I absolutely love the technology of the product and it’s accuracy, the cost of replacing the batteries every 26-18 months is quite expensive. Redesigning the caps to accept a standard watch battery would be best. Paying in excess of $200 to replace the caps is ridiculous!

Tire patrol replacements

Replacements paired up immediately. This is our third set. Originals exceeded normal battery life well over 18 months. 2nd set performed well but did not lasted as long just around 12 months. Recntly have been tracking strength readings to get a better determination of remaing life of the sensor. Being able to replace batteries would help but brings its own set of issues, sealed unit integrity being one.

TPMS

Had difficulty at first with the tire sensors i had to get valve extenders which never work right because of the round Schrader valve I will also add it cost more to ship the small valves than the actual cost My recommendation is that anyone planning on putting valve extenders on your tires get the extenders that I have the traditional Schrader valve

Great Replacement Process

I was getting ready to take a long trip and realized my Tire Patrol sensors were not patrolling on my RV. RVI sent the replacements, and they work like a champ! Thanks, RVI!
